When you ˹believers˺ are touched with good, they grieve; but when you are afflicted with evil, they rejoice. ˹Yet,˺ if you are patient and mindful ˹of Allah˺, their schemes will not harm you in the least. Surely Allah is Fully Aware of what they do.

Na miongoni mwa uadui wa watu hawa ni kwamba nyinyi, enyi Waumini, mpatwapo na jambo jema la ushindi au ngawira, wao hupatwa na butwaa na huzuni; iwapo mtapatwa na maudhi ya kushindwa au upungufu wa mali, watu na matunda, wao hulifurahia hilo. Na mkiwa na subira juu ya yaliyowafika na mkamuogopa Mwenyezi Mungu katika yale Aliyowaamrisha na Akawakataza nayo, hautawadhuru udhia wa vitimbi vyao. Na Mwenyezi Mungu ni Mwenye kuyazunguka yote wanayoyafanya hao makafiri ya uharibifu na Atawalipa kwayo.
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
