وفي اموالهم حق للسايل والمحروم ١٩
وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّۭ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ ١٩
وَفِىٓ
أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ
حَقٌّۭ
لِّلسَّآئِلِ
وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ
١٩
And in their wealth there was a rightful share ˹fulfilled˺ for the beggar and the poor.

{ وَفِي أَمْوَالِهِمْ حَقٌّ }
واجب ومستحب
{ لِلسَّائِلِ وَالْمَحْرُومِ }
أي: للمحتاجين الذين يطلبون من الناس، والذين لا يطلبون منهم
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
