Then when he saw the moon rising, he said, “This one is my Lord!” But when it disappeared, he said, “If my Lord does not guide me, I will certainly be one of the misguided people.”

Ibrāhīm alipouona mwezi umechomoza alisema kuwaambia watu wake kwa njia ya kumvuta mtesi, «Huu ni mola wangu.» Ulipozama, alisema, akiwa ahitajia uongofu wa Mola wake, «Asiponiongoza Mola wangu kwenye usawa juu ya kumpwekesha Yeye nitakuwa ni miongoni mwa watu waliopotea njia ya sawa kwa kumuabudu asiyekuwa Mwenyezi Mungu Aliyetukuka.
