Tafsir: Al-Qalam 68:9

ودوا لو تدهن فيدهنون ٩

وَدُّوا۟ لَوْ تُدْهِنُ فَيُدْهِنُونَ ٩

وَدُّواْ

لَوۡ

تُدۡهِنُ

فَيُدۡهِنُونَ

٩

They wish you would compromise so they would yield ˹to you˺.
