Tafsir: Ali 'Imran 3:10

ان الذين كفروا لن تغني عنهم اموالهم ولا اولادهم من الله شييا واولايك هم وقود النار ١٠

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَن تُغْنِىَ عَنْهُمْ أَمْوَٰلُهُمْ وَلَآ أَوْلَـٰدُهُم مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ شَيْـًۭٔا ۖ وَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمْ وَقُودُ ٱلنَّارِ ١٠

إِنَّ

ٱلَّذِينَ

كَفَرُواْ

لَن

تُغۡنِيَ

عَنۡهُمۡ

أَمۡوَٰلُهُمۡ

وَلَآ

أَوۡلَٰدُهُم

مِّنَ

ٱللَّهِ

شَيۡـٔٗاۖ

وَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ

هُمۡ

وَقُودُ

ٱلنَّارِ

١٠

Indeed, neither the wealth nor children¹ of the disbelievers will be of any benefit to them against Allah—and they will be the fuel for the Fire.

The text now shifts from the verbal confrontation with disbelievers on the warnings about the coming physical encounter as pointed out in verse 12 - 'You shall soon be overcome (by Muslims) ' while the verses earlier (10 and 11) serve as the introduction.
