You surely cannot guide whoever you like ˹O Prophet˺, but it is Allah Who guides whoever He wills, and He knows best who are ˹fit to be˺ guided.

Hadith
Wewe, ewe Mtume, humuongoi, uongofu wa kumuafikia, unayependa aongoke. Lakini hilo liko kwenye mkono wa Mwenyezi Mungu, Anamuongoa Anayemtaka kumuongoa kwenye Imani na kumuafikia aifuate. Na Yeye Ndiye Anayemjua zaidi anayefaa kuongoka, hivyo basi Anamuongoa.
