[مردم] گفتند: «ما شما را به شگون بد گرفتهايم. اگر [از تبلیغ] دست برندارید، حتماً سنگسارتان مىكنیم و بیتردید، عذابی دردناک از [جانب] ما به شما خواهد رسید».

They replied, ‘We have picked up bad luck from you.We swear that if you do not stop, we will stone you and you will suffer a painful torment from us.’
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel
