Al-A'raf 7:11 ولقد خلقناكم ثم صورناكم ثم قلنا للملايكة اسجدوا لادم فسجدوا الا ابليس لم يكن من الساجدين ١١
وَلَقَدۡ
خَلَقۡنَٰكُمۡ
ثُمَّ
صَوَّرۡنَٰكُمۡ
ثُمَّ
قُلۡنَا
لِلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةِ
ٱسۡجُدُواْ
لِأٓدَمَ
فَسَجَدُوٓاْ
إِلَّآ
إِبۡلِيسَ
لَمۡ
يَكُن
مِّنَ
ٱلسَّٰجِدِينَ
١١
Nous avons, avant cela, créé votre père Adam en lui donnant la forme la plus accomplie. Puis Nous avons ordonné aux anges de se prosterner devant lui, ce qu’ils firent à l’exception de Satan qui refusa de se joindre à eux.

Prostration of the Angels to Adam and Shaytan's Arrogance
Allah informs the Children of Adam about the honor of their father and the enmity of Shaytan, who still has envy for them and for their father Adam. So they should beware of him and not follow in his footsteps. Allah said,
وَلَقَدْ خَلَقْنَـكُ
