Al-A'raf 7:92 الذين كذبوا شعيبا كان لم يغنوا فيها الذين كذبوا شعيبا كانوا هم الخاسرين ٩٢
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَذَّبُواْ
شُعَيۡبٗا
كَأَن
لَّمۡ
يَغۡنَوۡاْ
فِيهَاۚ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَذَّبُواْ
شُعَيۡبٗا
كَانُواْ
هُمُ
ٱلۡخَٰسِرِينَ
٩٢
comme si ces hommes qui avaient traité Chou’ayb d’imposteur n’avaient jamais vécu dans cette cité. Ce sont donc ceux qui traitèrent Chou’ayb de menteur qui furent perdus1.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
لَئِنِ اتَّبَعْتُمْ شُعَيْبًا إِنَّكُمْ إِذاً لَّخَـسِرُونَ
("If you follow Shu`ayb, be sure then you will be the losers!") Allah answered them,
فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ الرَّجْفَةُ فَأَصْبَحُواْ فِي دَارِهِمْ جَـثِمِينَ
(So the earthquake seized them and they lay (dead), prostrate in their homes) Allah said t
