Al-A'raf 7:99 افامنوا مكر الله فلا يامن مكر الله الا القوم الخاسرون ٩٩
أَفَأَمِنُواْ
مَكۡرَ
ٱللَّهِۚ
فَلَا
يَأۡمَنُ
مَكۡرَ
ٱللَّهِ
إِلَّا
ٱلۡقَوۡمُ
ٱلۡخَٰسِرُونَ
٩٩
Se sentaient-ils préservés de la Ruse d’Allah (makr’Allah) ? Seuls se sentent préservés de la Ruse d’Allah les gens perdus.

Allah mentions here the little faith of the people of the towns to whom He sent Messengers. In another instance, Allah said,
