Hud 11:87 قالوا يا شعيب اصلاتك تامرك ان نترك ما يعبد اباونا او ان نفعل في اموالنا ما نشاء انك لانت الحليم الرشيد ٨٧
قَالُواْ
يَٰشُعَيۡبُ
أَصَلَوٰتُكَ
تَأۡمُرُكَ
أَن
نَّتۡرُكَ
مَا
يَعۡبُدُ
ءَابَآؤُنَآ
أَوۡ
أَن
نَّفۡعَلَ
فِيٓ
أَمۡوَٰلِنَا
مَا
نَشَٰٓؤُاْۖ
إِنَّكَ
لَأَنتَ
ٱلۡحَلِيمُ
ٱلرَّشِيدُ
٨٧
« Ô Chou ̒ayb, dirent-ils, sont-ce donc tes prières qui te dictent de (nous obliger à) délaisser ce qu’adoraient nos pères, ou à ne plus faire de nos biens ce qu’il nous plaît? C’est pourtant toi, le tolérant, le raisonnable ! »

The Response of Shu`ayb's People
They said to Shu`ayb, in mockery,
أَصَلَوَتُكَ
(Does your Salah) Al-A`mash said, "This means your reading."
تَأْمُرُكَ أَن نَّتْرُكَ مَا يَعْبُدُ ءابَاؤُنَآ
(command you that we give up what our fathers used to worship,) meaning the idols and statues.
أَوْ أَن نَّفْعَلَ
