Ach-Chura 42:38 والذين استجابوا لربهم واقاموا الصلاة وامرهم شورى بينهم ومما رزقناهم ينفقون ٣٨
وَٱلَّذِينَ
ٱسۡتَجَابُواْ
لِرَبِّهِمۡ
وَأَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَأَمۡرُهُمۡ
شُورَىٰ
بَيۡنَهُمۡ
وَمِمَّا
رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ
يُنفِقُونَ
٣٨
et ceux qui répondent (à l’appel) de leur Seigneur, accomplissent la Çalât et dont les affaires sont, entre eux, sujet de concertation ; ceux qui dépensent (en aumône) des biens que Nous leur dispensons,

The Attributes of Those Who deserve that which is with Allah
Here Allah points out the insignificance of this worldly life and its transient adornments and luxuries.
فَمَآ أُوتِيتُمْ مِّن شَىْءٍ فَمَتَـعُ الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا
(So whatever you have been given is but (a passing) enjoyment for this world
