Ach-Chura 42:38 والذين استجابوا لربهم واقاموا الصلاة وامرهم شورى بينهم ومما رزقناهم ينفقون ٣٨
وَٱلَّذِينَ
ٱسۡتَجَابُواْ
لِرَبِّهِمۡ
وَأَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَأَمۡرُهُمۡ
شُورَىٰ
بَيۡنَهُمۡ
وَمِمَّا
رَزَقۡنَٰهُمۡ
يُنفِقُونَ
٣٨
ceux qui, ayant répondu à l’appel de leur Seigneur, accomplissent la prière, ne prennent aucune décision importante sans se consulter mutuellement et offrent par charité une partie de ce que Nous leur avons accordé,

The Attributes of Those Who deserve that which is with Allah
Here Allah points out the insignificance of this worldly life and its transient adornments and luxuries.
فَمَآ أُوتِيتُمْ مِّن شَىْءٍ فَمَتَـعُ الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا
(So whatever you have been given is but (a passing) enjoyment for this world
