Al-Qadr 97:4 تنزل الملايكة والروح فيها باذن ربهم من كل امر ٤
تَنَزَّلُ
ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ
وَٱلرُّوحُ
فِيهَا
بِإِذۡنِ
رَبِّهِم
مِّن
كُلِّ
أَمۡرٖ
٤
En cette nuit, descendent les Anges et l’Esprit1 avec la permission de leur Seigneur et avec les ordres pour toutes choses.2

The Virtues of the Night of Al-Qadr (the Decree)
Allah informs that He sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Al-Qadr, and it is a blessed night about which Allah says,
