Al-Ma'idah 5:45 وكتبنا عليهم فيها ان النفس بالنفس والعين بالعين والانف بالانف والاذن بالاذن والسن بالسن والجروح قصاص فمن تصدق به فهو كفارة له ومن لم يحكم بما انزل الله فاولايك هم الظالمون ٤٥
وَكَتَبۡنَا
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
فِيهَآ
أَنَّ
ٱلنَّفۡسَ
بِٱلنَّفۡسِ
وَٱلۡعَيۡنَ
بِٱلۡعَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَنفَ
بِٱلۡأَنفِ
وَٱلۡأُذُنَ
بِٱلۡأُذُنِ
وَٱلسِّنَّ
بِٱلسِّنِّ
وَٱلۡجُرُوحَ
قِصَاصٞۚ
فَمَن
تَصَدَّقَ
بِهِۦ
فَهُوَ
كَفَّارَةٞ
لَّهُۥۚ
وَمَن
لَّمۡ
يَحۡكُم
بِمَآ
أَنزَلَ
ٱللَّهُ
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
هُمُ
ٱلظَّٰلِمُونَ
٤٥
Nous leur avons prescrit dans la Torah : vie pour vie, œil pour œil, nez pour nez, oreille pour oreille, dent pour dent. La loi du talion s’applique également aux blessures. Quiconque, cependant, renonce par charité à demander réparation obtiendra la rémission d’une partie de ses péchés. Ceux qui, dans leurs jugements, n’appliquent pas les lois révélées par Allah, voilà les vrais injustes.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَـفِرُونَ
(And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the disbelievers.) because they rejected Allah's command with full intention and with transgression and rebellion. In this Ayah, Allah said,
فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ
…وَمَن لَّمْ يَحْكُم بِمَآ أَنزَلَ اللَّهُ فَأُوْلَـئِكَ هُمُ الْكَـفِرُونَ
(And whosoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed, such are the disbe
