Al-Baqarah 2:180 كتب عليكم اذا حضر احدكم الموت ان ترك خيرا الوصية للوالدين والاقربين بالمعروف حقا على المتقين ١٨٠
كُتِبَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِذَا
حَضَرَ
أَحَدَكُمُ
ٱلۡمَوۡتُ
إِن
تَرَكَ
خَيۡرًا
ٱلۡوَصِيَّةُ
لِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
١٨٠
Il est également prescrit à celui qui, au seuil de la mort, laisse des richesses de faire un testament équitable au profit de ses père et mère et de ses proches parents. C’est là un devoir pour quiconque craint Allah1.
