Al-Baqarah 2:184 اياما معدودات فمن كان منكم مريضا او على سفر فعدة من ايام اخر وعلى الذين يطيقونه فدية طعام مسكين فمن تطوع خيرا فهو خير له وان تصوموا خير لكم ان كنتم تعلمون ١٨٤
أَيَّامٗا
مَّعۡدُودَٰتٖۚ
فَمَن
كَانَ
مِنكُم
مَّرِيضًا
أَوۡ
عَلَىٰ
سَفَرٖ
فَعِدَّةٞ
مِّنۡ
أَيَّامٍ
أُخَرَۚ
وَعَلَى
ٱلَّذِينَ
يُطِيقُونَهُۥ
فِدۡيَةٞ
طَعَامُ
مِسۡكِينٖۖ
فَمَن
تَطَوَّعَ
خَيۡرٗا
فَهُوَ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّهُۥۚ
وَأَن
تَصُومُواْ
خَيۡرٞ
لَّكُمۡ
إِن
كُنتُمۡ
تَعۡلَمُونَ
١٨٤
Un nombre de jours (sera bien déterminé). Alors, celui qui d’entre vous est malade ou parti en voyage, (s’acquittera) d’un nombre équivalent d’autres jours. Quant à ceux qui ne peuvent l’observer qu’à grand-peine, ils auront à (s’acquitter) d’une compensation en nourrissant un pauvre. Si quelqu’un fait mieux volontiers, cela est meilleur pour lui. Mais que vous jeûniez est certes meilleur pour vous, si seulement vous saviez !
