Al-Baqarah 2:230 فان طلقها فلا تحل له من بعد حتى تنكح زوجا غيره فان طلقها فلا جناح عليهما ان يتراجعا ان ظنا ان يقيما حدود الله وتلك حدود الله يبينها لقوم يعلمون ٢٣٠
فَإِن
طَلَّقَهَا
فَلَا
تَحِلُّ
لَهُۥ
مِنۢ
بَعۡدُ
حَتَّىٰ
تَنكِحَ
زَوۡجًا
غَيۡرَهُۥۗ
فَإِن
طَلَّقَهَا
فَلَا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡهِمَآ
أَن
يَتَرَاجَعَآ
إِن
ظَنَّآ
أَن
يُقِيمَا
حُدُودَ
ٱللَّهِۗ
وَتِلۡكَ
حُدُودُ
ٱللَّهِ
يُبَيِّنُهَا
لِقَوۡمٖ
يَعۡلَمُونَ
٢٣٠
S’il divorce d’avec elle,1 elle ne lui est plus licite jusqu’à ce qu’elle en épouse un autre. Et si celui-ci divorce d’avec elle, le (premier) couple ne commet aucun péché à revenir (à la vie conjugale), pourvu que les deux conjoints pensent pouvoir observer les limites d’Allah. Telles sont donc les limites d’Allah qu’Il expose clairement à un peuple qui sait.
