Al-Baqarah 2:232 واذا طلقتم النساء فبلغن اجلهن فلا تعضلوهن ان ينكحن ازواجهن اذا تراضوا بينهم بالمعروف ذالك يوعظ به من كان منكم يومن بالله واليوم الاخر ذالكم ازكى لكم واطهر والله يعلم وانتم لا تعلمون ٢٣٢
وَإِذَا
طَلَّقۡتُمُ
ٱلنِّسَآءَ
فَبَلَغۡنَ
أَجَلَهُنَّ
فَلَا
تَعۡضُلُوهُنَّ
أَن
يَنكِحۡنَ
أَزۡوَٰجَهُنَّ
إِذَا
تَرَٰضَوۡاْ
بَيۡنَهُم
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۗ
ذَٰلِكَ
يُوعَظُ
بِهِۦ
مَن
كَانَ
مِنكُمۡ
يُؤۡمِنُ
بِٱللَّهِ
وَٱلۡيَوۡمِ
ٱلۡأٓخِرِۗ
ذَٰلِكُمۡ
أَزۡكَىٰ
لَكُمۡ
وَأَطۡهَرُۚ
وَٱللَّهُ
يَعۡلَمُ
وَأَنتُمۡ
لَا
تَعۡلَمُونَ
٢٣٢
Lorsque le délai de viduité de la femme répudiée expire1, ne l’empêchez pas de se remarier avec son ancien époux2 s’ils décident, d’un commun accord et selon les règles, de reprendre vie commune. Voilà une exhortation à l’intention de celui d’entre vous qui croit en Allah et au Jour dernier. Voilà une conduite plus méritoire et plus digne de votre part. Allah sait ce qui va dans votre intérêt tandis que vous, vous l’ignorez.
