Al-Hadid 57:22 ما اصاب من مصيبة في الارض ولا في انفسكم الا في كتاب من قبل ان نبراها ان ذالك على الله يسير ٢٢
مَآ
أَصَابَ
مِن
مُّصِيبَةٖ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
وَلَا
فِيٓ
أَنفُسِكُمۡ
إِلَّا
فِي
كِتَٰبٖ
مِّن
قَبۡلِ
أَن
نَّبۡرَأَهَآۚ
إِنَّ
ذَٰلِكَ
عَلَى
ٱللَّهِ
يَسِيرٞ
٢٢
Il n’est point de catastrophe frappant la terre ou (de malheur) vous frappant vous-mêmes, qui ne soit (consigné) dans un Livre bien avant que Nous ne l’ayons fait se produire. Cela est, pour Allah, chose vraiment aisée.

Everything that affects Mankind, is duly measured and destined
Allah reminds of His measuring and deciding the destiny of all things before He created the creation,
مَآ أَصَابَ مِن مُّصِيبَةٍ فِى الاٌّرْضِ وَلاَ فِى أَنفُسِكُمْ
(No calamity occurs on the earth nor in yourselves) meaning, `there is noth
