Al-Hajj 22:41 الذين ان مكناهم في الارض اقاموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة وامروا بالمعروف ونهوا عن المنكر ولله عاقبة الامور ٤١
ٱلَّذِينَ
إِن
مَّكَّنَّٰهُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
أَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَءَاتَوُاْ
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
وَأَمَرُواْ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ
وَنَهَوۡاْ
عَنِ
ٱلۡمُنكَرِۗ
وَلِلَّهِ
عَٰقِبَةُ
ٱلۡأُمُورِ
٤١
(Allah soutient) ceux qui, si Nous affermissons leur position sur terre, accomplissent la Çalât, s’acquittent de la Zakât, prescrivent le convenable et proscrivent le condamnable. C’est Allah Qui détient le sort de Toute chose.

Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that `Uthman bin `Affan said, "The Ayah:
الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَّكَّنَّـهُمْ فِى الاٌّرْضِ أَقَامُواْ الصَّلَوةَ وَآتَوُاْ الزَّكَـوةَ وَأَمَرُواْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْاْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ
(Those who, if We give them power in the land,
