At-Tawbah 9:43 عفا الله عنك لم اذنت لهم حتى يتبين لك الذين صدقوا وتعلم الكاذبين ٤٣
عَفَا
ٱللَّهُ
عَنكَ
لِمَ
أَذِنتَ
لَهُمۡ
حَتَّىٰ
يَتَبَيَّنَ
لَكَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
صَدَقُواْ
وَتَعۡلَمَ
ٱلۡكَٰذِبِينَ
٤٣
Puisse Allah te pardonner ! Pourquoi donc leur as-tu donné la permission (de ne pas participer au combat) avant de reconnaître ceux d’entre eux qui disaient vrai et ceux qui mentaient ?

Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that `Awn said, "Have you heard criticism softer than this, starting with forgiveness before criticism,
