At-Tawbah 9:5 فاذا انسلخ الاشهر الحرم فاقتلوا المشركين حيث وجدتموهم وخذوهم واحصروهم واقعدوا لهم كل مرصد فان تابوا واقاموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة فخلوا سبيلهم ان الله غفور رحيم ٥
فَإِذَا
ٱنسَلَخَ
ٱلۡأَشۡهُرُ
ٱلۡحُرُمُ
فَٱقۡتُلُواْ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
حَيۡثُ
وَجَدتُّمُوهُمۡ
وَخُذُوهُمۡ
وَٱحۡصُرُوهُمۡ
وَٱقۡعُدُواْ
لَهُمۡ
كُلَّ
مَرۡصَدٖۚ
فَإِن
تَابُواْ
وَأَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَءَاتَوُاْ
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
فَخَلُّواْ
سَبِيلَهُمۡۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
غَفُورٞ
رَّحِيمٞ

A l’expiration des mois sacrés1, vous pourrez tuer les païens où que vous les trouviez. Capturez-les, assiégez-les et dressez-leur des embuscades sur tout chemin. Mais s’ils se repentent, accomplissent la prière et s’acquittent de l’aumône, laissez-les en paix. Allah, en vérité, est Très Clément et Très Miséricordieux.
