At-Tawbah 9:60 ۞ انما الصدقات للفقراء والمساكين والعاملين عليها والمولفة قلوبهم وفي الرقاب والغارمين وفي سبيل الله وابن السبيل فريضة من الله والله عليم حكيم ٦٠
۞ إِنَّمَا
ٱلصَّدَقَٰتُ
لِلۡفُقَرَآءِ
وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينِ
وَٱلۡعَٰمِلِينَ
عَلَيۡهَا
وَٱلۡمُؤَلَّفَةِ
قُلُوبُهُمۡ
وَفِي
ٱلرِّقَابِ
وَٱلۡغَٰرِمِينَ
وَفِي
سَبِيلِ
ٱللَّهِ
وَٱبۡنِ
ٱلسَّبِيلِۖ
فَرِيضَةٗ
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
عَلِيمٌ
حَكِيمٞ
٦٠
Les charités ne sont dues qu’aux pauvres, aux nécessiteux, à ceux qui s’emploient à les collecter, à ceux dont les cœurs sont déjà acquis à l’Islam et qui sont prêts à affermir leur foi, à l’affranchissement des captifs, aux endettés, à la cause d’Allah et au voyageur de grand chemin. C’est là une prescription d’Allah, et Allah est Omniscient et Sage.
