At-Tawbah 9:60 ۞ انما الصدقات للفقراء والمساكين والعاملين عليها والمولفة قلوبهم وفي الرقاب والغارمين وفي سبيل الله وابن السبيل فريضة من الله والله عليم حكيم ٦٠
۞ إِنَّمَا
ٱلصَّدَقَٰتُ
لِلۡفُقَرَآءِ
وَٱلۡمَسَٰكِينِ
وَٱلۡعَٰمِلِينَ
عَلَيۡهَا
وَٱلۡمُؤَلَّفَةِ
قُلُوبُهُمۡ
وَفِي
ٱلرِّقَابِ
وَٱلۡغَٰرِمِينَ
وَفِي
سَبِيلِ
ٱللَّهِ
وَٱبۡنِ
ٱلسَّبِيلِۖ
فَرِيضَةٗ
مِّنَ
ٱللَّهِۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
عَلِيمٌ
حَكِيمٞ
٦٠
L’aumône légale est réservée aux pauvres, aux nécessiteux, à ceux chargés de la collecter, à ceux dont les cœurs sont à gagner1, à l’affranchissement des esclaves et au rachat des captifs, aux musulmans incapables de rembourser leurs dettes, à ceux qui luttent pour la cause d’Allah et aux voyageurs démunis. Voilà ce qu’Allah, Omniscient et infiniment Sage, vous impose.
