Ar-Ra'd 13:27 ويقول الذين كفروا لولا انزل عليه اية من ربه قل ان الله يضل من يشاء ويهدي اليه من اناب ٢٧
وَيَقُولُ
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
لَوۡلَآ
أُنزِلَ
عَلَيۡهِ
ءَايَةٞ
مِّن
رَّبِّهِۦۚ
قُلۡ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
يُضِلُّ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
وَيَهۡدِيٓ
إِلَيۡهِ
مَنۡ
أَنَابَ
٢٧
Ceux qui ont mécru disent : « Si seulement il descendait sur lui un Signe de son Seigneur ! » Dis : « Allah égare qui Il veut et conduit vers Lui celui qui veut se repentir,

Allah says that the idolators said,
لَوْلاَ
(Why is not), meaning, there should be,
أُنزِلَ عَلَيْهِ ءَايَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّهِ
