Al-Isra' 17:94 وما منع الناس ان يومنوا اذ جاءهم الهدى الا ان قالوا ابعث الله بشرا رسولا ٩٤
وَمَا
مَنَعَ
ٱلنَّاسَ
أَن
يُؤۡمِنُوٓاْ
إِذۡ
جَآءَهُمُ
ٱلۡهُدَىٰٓ
إِلَّآ
أَن
قَالُوٓاْ
أَبَعَثَ
ٱللَّهُ
بَشَرٗا
رَّسُولٗا
٩٤
Rien n’empêche les hommes de croire, lorsque la bonne direction (hudâ) leur est parvenue, sinon qu’ils s’écrient : « Allah envoie-t-Il donc un (simple) humain en Messager ? »

وَمَا مَنَعَ النَّاسَ
(And nothing prevented men) means, most of them,
أَن يُؤْمِنُواْ
