Human Rights in the Light of the Quran

Human Rights in the Light of the Quran

Durée

Chaque leçons courte prend moins de 10 minute(s) à compléter. 8 leçon(s) au total.

Description

This 8-lesson Learning Plan is an English-adapted summary of Huquq Al-Insan fi Dhaw’il Quran by Prof. Dr. Yahya ibn Muhammad Hasan Zamzami. It presents the book’s Quranic framing of human rights as sacred trusts rooted in revelation, dignity, justice, responsibility, and accountability before Allah.

Rather than treating rights as detached slogans, the plan explores how the Quran connects rights to duties, character, family, wealth, life, faith, intellect, social responsibility, and care for the vulnerable. It helps readers understand the dignity Allah has bestowed upon humanity and recognize that the rights established by Islam must be honored through justice, mercy, truthfulness, and taqwa. It also shows the difference between rights founded upon divine revelation and rights defined only by human declarations, political power, or changing social taste.
