Al-Ahzab 33:19 اشحة عليكم فاذا جاء الخوف رايتهم ينظرون اليك تدور اعينهم كالذي يغشى عليه من الموت فاذا ذهب الخوف سلقوكم بالسنة حداد اشحة على الخير اولايك لم يومنوا فاحبط الله اعمالهم وكان ذالك على الله يسيرا ١٩
أَشِحَّةً
عَلَيۡكُمۡۖ
فَإِذَا
جَآءَ
ٱلۡخَوۡفُ
رَأَيۡتَهُمۡ
يَنظُرُونَ
إِلَيۡكَ
تَدُورُ
أَعۡيُنُهُمۡ
كَٱلَّذِي
يُغۡشَىٰ
عَلَيۡهِ
مِنَ
ٱلۡمَوۡتِۖ
فَإِذَا
ذَهَبَ
ٱلۡخَوۡفُ
سَلَقُوكُم
بِأَلۡسِنَةٍ
حِدَادٍ
أَشِحَّةً
عَلَى
ٱلۡخَيۡرِۚ
أُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
لَمۡ
يُؤۡمِنُواْ
فَأَحۡبَطَ
ٱللَّهُ
أَعۡمَٰلَهُمۡۚ
وَكَانَ
ذَٰلِكَ
عَلَى
ٱللَّهِ
يَسِيرٗا
١٩
et sont bien avares (lorsqu’il s’agit de vous prêter main forte). Quand ils prennent peur, tu les vois qui te regardent avec les yeux chavirés de celui qui s’évanouit à l’approche de la mort. Puis quand la peur s’en va, ils vous écorchent de leurs langues acérées, car ils sont âpres à réclamer le butin. Ceux-là n’ont jamais eu la foi. Allah annulera leurs œuvres et c’est pour Lui chose vraiment aisée.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
هَلُمَّ إِلَيْنَا
(Come here towards us,) meaning, come to where we are in the shade and enjoying fruits. But in spite of that,
وَلاَ يَأْتُونَ الْبَأْسَ إِلاَّ قَلِيلاً
أَشِحَّةً عَلَيْكُمْ
(they come not to the battle except a little, being miserly towards you.) i.e., `they are mean and have n
