Al-Ahzab 33:49 يا ايها الذين امنوا اذا نكحتم المومنات ثم طلقتموهن من قبل ان تمسوهن فما لكم عليهن من عدة تعتدونها فمتعوهن وسرحوهن سراحا جميلا ٤٩
يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُوٓاْ
إِذَا
نَكَحۡتُمُ
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ
ثُمَّ
طَلَّقۡتُمُوهُنَّ
مِن
قَبۡلِ
أَن
تَمَسُّوهُنَّ
فَمَا
لَكُمۡ
عَلَيۡهِنَّ
مِنۡ
عِدَّةٖ
تَعۡتَدُّونَهَاۖ
فَمَتِّعُوهُنَّ
وَسَرِّحُوهُنَّ
سَرَاحٗا
جَمِيلٗا
٤٩
Ô vous qui avez cru ! Quand vous épousez des croyantes puis divorcez d’avec elles avant d’avoir consommé le mariage, vous n’avez aucune période de viduité (‘idda) à leur imposer. Offrez-leur en jouissance quelque bien compensatoire et libérez-les d’une bien belle manière.
