An-Nisa' 4:135 ۞ يا ايها الذين امنوا كونوا قوامين بالقسط شهداء لله ولو على انفسكم او الوالدين والاقربين ان يكن غنيا او فقيرا فالله اولى بهما فلا تتبعوا الهوى ان تعدلوا وان تلووا او تعرضوا فان الله كان بما تعملون خبيرا ١٣٥
۞ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا
ٱلَّذِينَ
ءَامَنُواْ
كُونُواْ
قَوَّٰمِينَ
بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ
شُهَدَآءَ
لِلَّهِ
وَلَوۡ
عَلَىٰٓ
أَنفُسِكُمۡ
أَوِ
ٱلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَۚ
إِن
يَكُنۡ
غَنِيًّا
أَوۡ
فَقِيرٗا
فَٱللَّهُ
أَوۡلَىٰ
بِهِمَاۖ
فَلَا
تَتَّبِعُواْ
ٱلۡهَوَىٰٓ
أَن
تَعۡدِلُواْۚ
وَإِن
تَلۡوُۥٓاْ
أَوۡ
تُعۡرِضُواْ
فَإِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
كَانَ
بِمَا
تَعۡمَلُونَ
خَبِيرٗا
١٣٥
Ô vous qui avez cru ! Soyez justes en étant témoins conformément (aux prescriptions) d’Allah, quitte à témoigner contre vous-mêmes, contre vos deux parents ou vos proches, qu’il s’agisse d’un riche ou d’un pauvre, car Allah est plus apte à (veiller à leurs intérêts). Ne suivez donc pas vos passions de peur que vous ne déviiez de l’équité. Et si vous témoignez par le mensonge ou refusez de témoigner, alors Allah est, de Tout ce que vous faites, Informé.
