An-Nisa' 4:2 واتوا اليتامى اموالهم ولا تتبدلوا الخبيث بالطيب ولا تاكلوا اموالهم الى اموالكم انه كان حوبا كبيرا ٢
وَءَاتُواْ
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰٓ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ
وَلَا
تَتَبَدَّلُواْ
ٱلۡخَبِيثَ
بِٱلطَّيِّبِۖ
وَلَا
تَأۡكُلُوٓاْ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ
إِلَىٰٓ
أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡۚ
إِنَّهُۥ
كَانَ
حُوبٗا
كَبِيرٗا
٢
Et donnez aux orphelins leurs biens; n’y substituez pas le mauvais au bon. Ne mangez pas leurs biens avec les vôtres: c’est vraiment un grand péché.1

Allah commands that the property of the orphans be surrendered to them in full when they reach the age of adolescence, and He forbids using or confiscating any part of it. So He said;
