An-Nisa' 4:2 واتوا اليتامى اموالهم ولا تتبدلوا الخبيث بالطيب ولا تاكلوا اموالهم الى اموالكم انه كان حوبا كبيرا ٢
وَءَاتُواْ
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰٓ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ
وَلَا
تَتَبَدَّلُواْ
ٱلۡخَبِيثَ
بِٱلطَّيِّبِۖ
وَلَا
تَأۡكُلُوٓاْ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ
إِلَىٰٓ
أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡۚ
إِنَّهُۥ
كَانَ
حُوبٗا
كَبِيرٗا
٢
Et restituez aux orphelins leurs biens. Ne substituez pas au bon (de leurs biens) le mauvais (des vôtres). Ne consommez pas leurs biens en les mélangeant aux vôtres, car c’est vraiment l’un des péchés les plus grands.

Allah commands that the property of the orphans be surrendered to them in full when they reach the age of adolescence, and He forbids using or confiscating any part of it. So He said;
