An-Nisa' 4:2 واتوا اليتامى اموالهم ولا تتبدلوا الخبيث بالطيب ولا تاكلوا اموالهم الى اموالكم انه كان حوبا كبيرا ٢
وَءَاتُواْ
ٱلۡيَتَٰمَىٰٓ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡۖ
وَلَا
تَتَبَدَّلُواْ
ٱلۡخَبِيثَ
بِٱلطَّيِّبِۖ
وَلَا
تَأۡكُلُوٓاْ
أَمۡوَٰلَهُمۡ
إِلَىٰٓ
أَمۡوَٰلِكُمۡۚ
إِنَّهُۥ
كَانَ
حُوبٗا
كَبِيرٗا
٢
Remettez aux orphelins leur patrimoine1. Ne les spoliez pas de leurs biens pour les ajouter aux vôtres, préférant ainsi des gains illicites aux biens honnêtement gagnés. Ce serait là un grave péché.

Allah commands that the property of the orphans be surrendered to them in full when they reach the age of adolescence, and He forbids using or confiscating any part of it. So He said;
