Al-Anbiya' 21:32 وجعلنا السماء سقفا محفوظا وهم عن اياتها معرضون ٣٢
وَجَعَلۡنَا
ٱلسَّمَآءَ
سَقۡفٗا
مَّحۡفُوظٗاۖ
وَهُمۡ
عَنۡ
ءَايَٰتِهَا
مُعۡرِضُونَ
٣٢
Nous avons fait du ciel un toit protégé dont les merveilles les laissent pourtant indifférents.

Here Allah tells of His perfect might and power in His creation and subjugation of all things.
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ
(Have not those who disbelieve known) means, those who deny His Divine nature and worship others
