Ar-Rum 30:16 واما الذين كفروا وكذبوا باياتنا ولقاء الاخرة فاولايك في العذاب محضرون ١٦
وَأَمَّا
ٱلَّذِينَ
كَفَرُواْ
وَكَذَّبُواْ
بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا
وَلِقَآيِٕ
ٱلۡأٓخِرَةِ
فَأُوْلَٰٓئِكَ
فِي
ٱلۡعَذَابِ
مُحۡضَرُونَ
١٦
Quant à ceux qui auront mécru et auront traité de mensonges Nos Signes et la rencontre de l’autre monde, ceux-là comparaîtront pour être livrés au supplice.

Ibn Kathir (Abridged)
اللَّهُ يَبْدَأُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ
(Allah originates the creation, then He will repeat it,) Just as He was able to create it in the first place, so He is also able to repeat it.
ثُمَّ إِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ
(then to Him you will be returned.) on the Day of Resurrection, when each will be requited
