Al-Anbiya' 21:32 وجعلنا السماء سقفا محفوظا وهم عن اياتها معرضون ٣٢
وَجَعَلۡنَا
ٱلسَّمَآءَ
سَقۡفٗا
مَّحۡفُوظٗاۖ
وَهُمۡ
عَنۡ
ءَايَٰتِهَا
مُعۡرِضُونَ
٣٢
Dan Kami menjadikan langit itu sebagai atap yang terpelihara 1, sedang mereka berpaling dari segala tanda-tanda (kekuasaan Allah) yang terdapat padanya.

Here Allah tells of His perfect might and power in His creation and subjugation of all things.
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ
(Have not those who disbelieve known) means, those who deny His Divine nature and worship others
