At-Tawbah 9:5 فاذا انسلخ الاشهر الحرم فاقتلوا المشركين حيث وجدتموهم وخذوهم واحصروهم واقعدوا لهم كل مرصد فان تابوا واقاموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة فخلوا سبيلهم ان الله غفور رحيم ٥
فَإِذَا
ٱنسَلَخَ
ٱلۡأَشۡهُرُ
ٱلۡحُرُمُ
فَٱقۡتُلُواْ
ٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
حَيۡثُ
وَجَدتُّمُوهُمۡ
وَخُذُوهُمۡ
وَٱحۡصُرُوهُمۡ
وَٱقۡعُدُواْ
لَهُمۡ
كُلَّ
مَرۡصَدٖۚ
فَإِن
تَابُواْ
وَأَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَءَاتَوُاْ
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
فَخَلُّواْ
سَبِيلَهُمۡۚ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
غَفُورٞ
رَّحِيمٞ
٥
Apabila sudah habis bulan-bulan Haram itu1, maka bunuhlah orang-orang musyrikin itu di mana saja kamu jumpai mereka, dan tangkaplah mereka. Kepunglah mereka dan intailah ditempat pengintaian. Jika mereka bertobat, dan mendirikan salat, dan menunaikan zakat, maka berilah kebebasan kepada mereka untuk berjalan2. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Pengampun lagi maha Penyayang.
