Al-A'raf 7:138 وجاوزنا ببني اسراييل البحر فاتوا على قوم يعكفون على اصنام لهم قالوا يا موسى اجعل لنا الاها كما لهم الهة قال انكم قوم تجهلون ١٣٨
وَجَٰوَزۡنَا
بِبَنِيٓ
إِسۡرَٰٓءِيلَ
ٱلۡبَحۡرَ
فَأَتَوۡاْ
عَلَىٰ
قَوۡمٖ
يَعۡكُفُونَ
عَلَىٰٓ
أَصۡنَامٖ
لَّهُمۡۚ
قَالُواْ
يَٰمُوسَى
ٱجۡعَل
لَّنَآ
إِلَٰهٗا
كَمَا
لَهُمۡ
ءَالِهَةٞۚ
قَالَ
إِنَّكُمۡ
قَوۡمٞ
تَجۡهَلُونَ
١٣٨
Dan Kami seberangkan Bani Isrā`īl ke seberang lautan itu1, maka setelah mereka sampai kepada suatu kaum yang tetap menyembah berhala mereka, Bani Isrā`īl berkata, "Hai Musa, buatlah untuk kami sebuah tuhan (berhala) sebagaimana mereka mempunyai beberapa tuhan (berhala)". Musa menjawab, "Sesungguhnya kamu ini adalah kaum yang tidak mengetahui (sifat-sifat Tuhan)".
