An-Nisa' 4:35 وان خفتم شقاق بينهما فابعثوا حكما من اهله وحكما من اهلها ان يريدا اصلاحا يوفق الله بينهما ان الله كان عليما خبيرا ٣٥
وَإِنۡ
خِفۡتُمۡ
شِقَاقَ
بَيۡنِهِمَا
فَٱبۡعَثُواْ
حَكَمٗا
مِّنۡ
أَهۡلِهِۦ
وَحَكَمٗا
مِّنۡ
أَهۡلِهَآ
إِن
يُرِيدَآ
إِصۡلَٰحٗا
يُوَفِّقِ
ٱللَّهُ
بَيۡنَهُمَآۗ
إِنَّ
ٱللَّهَ
كَانَ
عَلِيمًا
خَبِيرٗا
٣٥
Dan jika kamu khawatirkan ada persengketaan antara keduanya, maka kirimlah seorang hakam1 dari keluarga laki-laki dan seorang hakam dari keluarga perempuan. Jika kedua orang hakam itu bermaksud mengadakan perbaikan, niscaya Allah memberi taufik kepada suami istri itu. Sesungguhnya Allah Maha Mengetahui lagi Maha Mengenal.
