Al-Hajj 22:41 الذين ان مكناهم في الارض اقاموا الصلاة واتوا الزكاة وامروا بالمعروف ونهوا عن المنكر ولله عاقبة الامور ٤١
ٱلَّذِينَ
إِن
مَّكَّنَّٰهُمۡ
فِي
ٱلۡأَرۡضِ
أَقَامُواْ
ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ
وَءَاتَوُاْ
ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ
وَأَمَرُواْ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِ
وَنَهَوۡاْ
عَنِ
ٱلۡمُنكَرِۗ
وَلِلَّهِ
عَٰقِبَةُ
ٱلۡأُمُورِ
٤١
[Essi sono] coloro che quando diamo loro potere sulla terra, assolvono all’orazione, versano la decima, raccomandano le buone consuetudini e proibiscono ciò che è riprovevole. Appartiene ad Allah l’esito di tutte le cose.

The Duties of the Muslims when They attain Power
Ibn Abi Hatim recorded that `Uthman bin `Affan said, "The Ayah:
الَّذِينَ إِنْ مَّكَّنَّـهُمْ فِى الاٌّرْضِ أَقَامُواْ الصَّلَوةَ وَآتَوُاْ الزَّكَـوةَ وَأَمَرُواْ بِالْمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهَوْاْ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ
(Those who, if We give them power in the land,
