At-Tawbah 9:42 لو كان عرضا قريبا وسفرا قاصدا لاتبعوك ولاكن بعدت عليهم الشقة وسيحلفون بالله لو استطعنا لخرجنا معكم يهلكون انفسهم والله يعلم انهم لكاذبون ٤٢
لَوۡ
كَانَ
عَرَضٗا
قَرِيبٗا
وَسَفَرٗا
قَاصِدٗا
لَّٱتَّبَعُوكَ
وَلَٰكِنۢ
بَعُدَتۡ
عَلَيۡهِمُ
ٱلشُّقَّةُۚ
وَسَيَحۡلِفُونَ
بِٱللَّهِ
لَوِ
ٱسۡتَطَعۡنَا
لَخَرَجۡنَا
مَعَكُمۡ
يُهۡلِكُونَ
أَنفُسَهُمۡ
وَٱللَّهُ
يَعۡلَمُ
إِنَّهُمۡ
لَكَٰذِبُونَ
٤٢
Se fosse stato un affare immediato e un viaggio breve, ti avrebbero seguito; ma la distanza parve loro eccessiva. E allora si misero a giurare [in nome di Allah]: «Se avessimo potuto saremmo venuti con voi». Si perdono da loro stessi, ma Allah sa perfettamente che sono dei bugiardi.
