Al-Baqarah 2:240 والذين يتوفون منكم ويذرون ازواجا وصية لازواجهم متاعا الى الحول غير اخراج فان خرجن فلا جناح عليكم في ما فعلن في انفسهن من معروف والله عزيز حكيم ٢٤٠
وَٱلَّذِينَ
يُتَوَفَّوۡنَ
مِنكُمۡ
وَيَذَرُونَ
أَزۡوَٰجٗا
وَصِيَّةٗ
لِّأَزۡوَٰجِهِم
مَّتَٰعًا
إِلَى
ٱلۡحَوۡلِ
غَيۡرَ
إِخۡرَاجٖۚ
فَإِنۡ
خَرَجۡنَ
فَلَا
جُنَاحَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
فِي
مَا
فَعَلۡنَ
فِيٓ
أَنفُسِهِنَّ
مِن
مَّعۡرُوفٖۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
عَزِيزٌ
حَكِيمٞ
٢٤٠
Quelli di voi che moriranno lasciando delle mogli, [stabiliscano] un testamento a loro favore, assegnando loro un anno di mantenimento e di residenza. Se esse vorranno andarsene, non sarete rimproverati per quello che faranno di sé in conformità alle buone consuetudini 1 . Allah è potente e saggio.

Ayah (2:240) was abrogated
The majority of the scholars said that this Ayah (2:240) was abrogated by the Ayah (2:234), what Allah said:
يَتَرَبَّصْنَ بِأَنفُسِهِنَّ أَرْبَعَةَ أَشْهُرٍ وَعَشْرًا
(...they (the wives) shall wait (as regards their marriage) for four months and ten days.) (2:234)
