Al-Baqarah 2:283 ۞ وان كنتم على سفر ولم تجدوا كاتبا فرهان مقبوضة فان امن بعضكم بعضا فليود الذي اوتمن امانته وليتق الله ربه ولا تكتموا الشهادة ومن يكتمها فانه اثم قلبه والله بما تعملون عليم ٢٨٣
۞ وَإِن
كُنتُمۡ
عَلَىٰ
سَفَرٖ
وَلَمۡ
تَجِدُواْ
كَاتِبٗا
فَرِهَٰنٞ
مَّقۡبُوضَةٞۖ
فَإِنۡ
أَمِنَ
بَعۡضُكُم
بَعۡضٗا
فَلۡيُؤَدِّ
ٱلَّذِي
ٱؤۡتُمِنَ
أَمَٰنَتَهُۥ
وَلۡيَتَّقِ
ٱللَّهَ
رَبَّهُۥۗ
وَلَا
تَكۡتُمُواْ
ٱلشَّهَٰدَةَۚ
وَمَن
يَكۡتُمۡهَا
فَإِنَّهُۥٓ
ءَاثِمٞ
قَلۡبُهُۥۗ
وَٱللَّهُ
بِمَا
تَعۡمَلُونَ
عَلِيمٞ
٢٨٣
Se siete in viaggio e non trovate uno scriba, scambiatevi dei pegni. Se qualcuno affida qualcosa ad un altro, restituisca il deposito il depositario e tema Allah il suo Signore. Non siate reticenti nella testimonianza, ché invero, chi agisce così, ha un cuore peccatore. Allah conosce tutto quello che fate.

Allah said,
