An-Nahl 16:2 ينزل الملايكة بالروح من امره على من يشاء من عباده ان انذروا انه لا الاه الا انا فاتقون ٢
يُنَزِّلُ
ٱلۡمَلَٰٓئِكَةَ
بِٱلرُّوحِ
مِنۡ
أَمۡرِهِۦ
عَلَىٰ
مَن
يَشَآءُ
مِنۡ
عِبَادِهِۦٓ
أَنۡ
أَنذِرُوٓاْ
أَنَّهُۥ
لَآ
إِلَٰهَ
إِلَّآ
أَنَا۠
فَٱتَّقُونِ
٢
Hij stuurt de Engelen naar beneden met de openbaring van Zijn bevel, aan naar wie Hij wil van Zijn dienaren (zeggende): “Waarschuw de mensheid dat geen het recht heeft aanbeden te worden behalve Ik, vrees Mij dus.”

Allah sends Whomever He wills with the Message of Tawhid
يُنَزِّلُ الْمَلَـئِكَةَ بِالْرُّوحِ
(He sends down the angels with the Ruh) refers to the revelation. This is like the Ayat:
وَكَذَلِكَ أَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَيْكَ رُوحاً مِّنْ أَمْرِنَا مَا كُنتَ تَدْرِى مَا الْكِتَـبُ وَلاَ الإِيمَـنُ وَلَـكِن جَعَل
