Al-Ahqaf 46:12 ومن قبله كتاب موسى اماما ورحمة وهاذا كتاب مصدق لسانا عربيا لينذر الذين ظلموا وبشرى للمحسنين ١٢
وَمِن
قَبۡلِهِۦ
كِتَٰبُ
مُوسَىٰٓ
إِمَامٗا
وَرَحۡمَةٗۚ
وَهَٰذَا
كِتَٰبٞ
مُّصَدِّقٞ
لِّسَانًا
عَرَبِيّٗا
لِّيُنذِرَ
ٱلَّذِينَ
ظَلَمُواْ
وَبُشۡرَىٰ
لِلۡمُحۡسِنِينَ
١٢
En hiervoor was het boek van Moesa als een leiding en een genade. En dit (de Koran) is een bevestiging van de eerdere boeken en is geopenbaard in Arabische taal om degenen die zondigen te waarschuwen en goede berichten te brengen aan de weldoeners.

The Qur'an is Allah's True Speech and the Position of the Disbelievers and the Muslims towards it
Allah says,
قُلْ
(Say) meaning, `O Muhammad to these idolators who disbelieve in the Qur'an.'
أَرَءَيْتُمْ إِن كَانَ
(Tell me! If it was) meaning, this Qur'an.
مِنْ عِندِ اللَّهِ وَكَفَرْتُمْ بِهِ
(from Allah,
