Al-Kahf 18:46 المال والبنون زينة الحياة الدنيا والباقيات الصالحات خير عند ربك ثوابا وخير املا ٤٦
ٱلۡمَالُ
وَٱلۡبَنُونَ
زِينَةُ
ٱلۡحَيَوٰةِ
ٱلدُّنۡيَاۖ
وَٱلۡبَٰقِيَٰتُ
ٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتُ
خَيۡرٌ
عِندَ
رَبِّكَ
ثَوَابٗا
وَخَيۡرٌ
أَمَلٗا
٤٦
Welvaart en kinderen zijn als een versiering van het leven. En de blijvende goede oprechte daden leiden bij jouw Heer tot een betere beloning en een betere verlangen.

The Parable of the Worldly Life
Allah says:
وَاضْرِبْ لَهُم
(And mention) O Muhammad, to the people,
مَثَلُ الْحَيَوةِ الدُّنْيَا
(the parable of the worldly life), its transient nature and how it will eventually cease and come to an end.
كَمَآءٍ أَنزَلْنَاهُ مِنَ السَّمَآءِ فَاخْتَلَطَ بِهِ نَبَاتُ الاٌّ
