Al-Baqarah 2:180 كتب عليكم اذا حضر احدكم الموت ان ترك خيرا الوصية للوالدين والاقربين بالمعروف حقا على المتقين ١٨٠
كُتِبَ
عَلَيۡكُمۡ
إِذَا
حَضَرَ
أَحَدَكُمُ
ٱلۡمَوۡتُ
إِن
تَرَكَ
خَيۡرًا
ٱلۡوَصِيَّةُ
لِلۡوَٰلِدَيۡنِ
وَٱلۡأَقۡرَبِينَ
بِٱلۡمَعۡرُوفِۖ
حَقًّا
عَلَى
ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ
١٨٠
Het is jullie verplicht wanneer de dood één van jullie nabij is, als hij bezit nalaat, hij op een redelijke manier een testament voor zijn ouders en naaste verwanten maakt. (Dit is) een plicht voor de godvrezenden.
