Al-Isra 17:33 ولا تقتلوا النفس التي حرم الله الا بالحق ومن قتل مظلوما فقد جعلنا لوليه سلطانا فلا يسرف في القتل انه كان منصورا ٣٣
وَلَا
تَقۡتُلُواْ
ٱلنَّفۡسَ
ٱلَّتِي
حَرَّمَ
ٱللَّهُ
إِلَّا
بِٱلۡحَقِّۗ
وَمَن
قُتِلَ
مَظۡلُومٗا
فَقَدۡ
جَعَلۡنَا
لِوَلِيِّهِۦ
سُلۡطَٰنٗا
فَلَا
يُسۡرِف
فِّي
ٱلۡقَتۡلِۖ
إِنَّهُۥ
كَانَ
مَنصُورٗا
٣٣
En doodt niet iemand waarover Allah een verbod heeft uitgesproken, behalve voor een gerechtelijke zaak. En ieder die onrechtvaardig is gedood daarvoor hebben Wij de erfgenamen het gezag gegeven. Maar laat hen niet de grenzen van het nemen van een leven overtreden. Waarlijk, hij wordt geholpen.

It was reported in the Two Sahihs that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
