Al-Anbiya 21:32 وجعلنا السماء سقفا محفوظا وهم عن اياتها معرضون ٣٢
وَجَعَلۡنَا
ٱلسَّمَآءَ
سَقۡفٗا
مَّحۡفُوظٗاۖ
وَهُمۡ
عَنۡ
ءَايَٰتِهَا
مُعۡرِضُونَ
٣٢
En Wij hebben de hemel tot een dak gemaakt, veilig en goed behoed. Maar toch keren zij zich van zijn Tekenen af.

Here Allah tells of His perfect might and power in His creation and subjugation of all things.
أَوَلَمْ يَرَ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُواْ
(Have not those who disbelieve known) means, those who deny His Divine nature and worship others
